Thursday night Top 20/ Diamonds and Denim
SPIRIT OF TEXAS dinner buffet $35.00 includes dinner, top20 catalog, souvenir, and live band
Garden greens and Texas caviar, hand battered chicken fried steak and grilled chicken breast, mashed potatoes with cream gravy, seasonal vegetables, hot rolls with butter, and apple cobbler with whipped cream. Ice tea and coffee.

Friday lunch …Komaromy seminar
Boxed lunch pickup at seminar

THE PICNIC sandwich (your choice), chips, and either one freshly baked cookie or piece of whole fruit. Served with iced tea, bottled water or soda choice. $15.00 ea.

  • SANTA FE WRAP—seasoned sliced chicken breast with guacamole, tomato, lettuce, Monterey jack cheese, and southwestern ranch dressed. Served in an herbed tortilla wrap. (Vegetarian/Vegan option available upon request)
  • HAM & SWISS—sliced ham, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and honey mustard on rye bread

Roast beef with as jus, chicken breast with lemon caper sauce, garden green and pasta salad, seasonal vegetables, oven roasted potatoes, hot rolls, apple cobbler with whipped cream, ice tea and coffee.
