Field Trials & Hunt Tests The purpose of Hunting Instinct Tests for Petits Bassets Griffons Vendéens is to afford an opportunity to demonstrate an individual hound’s propensity to show the natural hunting ability desired in the breed. Testing in this manner is to gauge the hound’s natural hunting ability and desirable traits.
